Meat and potatoes guy huh lol! I’d actually welcome the smell of world cuisine while grinding, or maybe I just haven’t noticed it because of that haha:roflmao

Just wanted to say I bought a bar of Pferd pink compound. It does an excellent job as a final buffing compound. Sparkles things up really well. If Lawrence has access to this product, it might be worth getting a few bars in and letting people know.

Dan I have been using the a pink from K&G for years and you are right if you want to put that final polish on a stainless blade it will do it.

    @Lawrence Lake

Lawrence are you able to inquire with 3M how much you would be able to offer 3M 337DC Gator Belts 2 x 72?

    I like them in A160, A100, A65, and A45.

I got the 307EA’s from you, but I prefer the 337DC results, right now I’d have to get them from Pop’s KS again, or maybe True Grit.

Let me know, want to stock up in the new year.

    Cheers,

    Griff

    Hi Griff,

I have 347FC ordered in A30-A160. They are like the 337DC gator but can handle getting slightly wet. Should be here in January.

    Thanks,

    Lawrence

Just letting everyone know that there is now more steel available. Now carrying 440C, Nitro V, CPM 154, CPM S35-VN, W2, and 52100 bar stock. Also more 2" options in other steels.

The first couple grits of the 347FC Gator trizact's are in (A30 & A65). The rest should arrive soon.

The G10 pins have started to arrive and hopefully the G10 liners and scales will arrive this week too.

    Thanks,

    Lawrence

I just had a steel order arrive from Maritime; good prices and good shipping. I'll order from you again for sure.

Only one small issue: it looks like your 15N20 is sheared from a sheet and the edges are somewhat ragged. I don't think this will cause any problems, most of the edges will be oxidized away when I make damascus, but I always worry about any potential source of inclusions.

    Cheers,
    Magnus

    Hi Magnus,

My first order of 15N20 was supplied by Kelly Cupples and it is sheared. It shouldn't cause any issues if making damascus with it. The next order will be from NJSB so the edges should be clean.

    Thanks for you order

    Lawrence

Big thank you to Lawrence at Maritime Knife supply. Got my cactus juice and a few other items 2 days after ordering. I would recommend him to any knifemakers in eastern Canada.

I just got my second order of belts from here. I'm blown away at how fat they arrived. Amazon Prime fast. And great prices to.

I don't think I saw them on your site but I'd love to be able to get corbys from you.
