First attempt at tooling some decorative work into a leather sheath. This is a new home for an old Cold Steel tanto I've had since 1993. The old cordura stock sheath fell apart long ago under hard use so I thought it would be fun to make something a bit dressier. The Japanese demon was carved separately and put on as an applique.

Looks good. I have tried carving a couple times and it was always a major failure for me.
